Bill Gray's Webster

I have always liked Bill Gray's food their burgers and fries are great, onion rings or top notch. I tend to usually get the garbage plate with cheeseburgers and meat hot sauce which I always enjoy. The service was good, the person who took our order and cashed us out was polite and nice. When it comes to the atmosphere I did give the four stars They had a number of TVs playing news and sports which is nice and it was also very quiet with almost nobody there. Now for me that's a good thing which is why I rated four stars but I did want to specify that was the case as I know not everybody enjoys that type of atmosphere. I understand that patience is necessary. There was staff everywhere. I won't be back. First time my chicken fingers were not cooked and I could not wait for new food so I just left. Didn't remember my experience and this time my meal took over 20 minutes which would have been fine but in combination with order time ...just not going back. There are so many other places for that kind of money.

Many memories here, I grew up eating here with my family when they had the balloon animal artist and come here with my friends. The food is great and the great plates are amazing, always my go-to. Very comfortable vibes inside the restaurant. Great place to go and eat.

Went and picked up an online order. It was ready on time, but upon looking through the bag I noticed that one of the sides was missing. I informed the staff and they quickly started frying up the order of curly fries. Everything was great after that, except the meat hot sauce was a lot hotter than it's been in the past. I wonder if the recipe changed or if it was a fluke.

The cheeseburgers are great and the French fries were really good. I got hot sauce on the side to dip the fries and it was also really good.Food: 5/5

I only wanted a cheese burger and I was charged $8. somthing...so after tax it was $9.00 ??? I understand that everything has gone up but that's too expensive for me! I've been going to Bill Gray's over 30 years, I can't believe that I can't afford Bill Gray's any longer.

Wasn't satisfied at all; after waiting for our order , smh ‍ food was cold !!! The only item on the plate that were hot ,were the onion rings, which btw were very good..We ordered Mac salad with it they served coleslaw‍

My aunt and uncle treated my family to this not-so-little burger joint and we were all shocked with how good everything tasted. As Floridians, we aren't accustomed to NY style food and we were very glad our aunt and uncle took us here. The burgers were huge and served on fresh hard rolls with a side of delicious, homemade hot sauce. The choice of sides included perfectly crispy French fries, tater tots, and to our surprise, sweet potato fries! The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of room for many family and friends and there is even a little arcade area. Pricing is fair too and you can get coupons for buy one get one free cheeseburgers, making this a great deal for large groups.

Expensive for what you get. $6.49 for a hotdog. I see that the last review mentioned coupons. We were visiting from out of town so we didn't know about the coupons. Maybe a good place for the locals but we don't plan to return.
