I ordered an Impossible Wopper meal and 8 nuggets. The Impossible burger was absolutely amazing, every component of the burger was perfect, meaning the tomato was fresh, the bun was fresh, lettuce, burger, everything. Also, the nuggets came fresh out of the fryer, so i had to wait a bit, but they were hot and juicy. I understand that at any given fast food restaurant the quality will vary from visit to visit. If I come back here a different time the food may not be so good. But on this night, it was like the stars aligned and for whatever reason all the food was perfect. I never leave reviews but tonight I needed to speak my mind about this supremely satisfying fast food experience.
Would give no stars if I could! Every time I there they get the order wrong, I mean EVERY TIME, I asked each time for no mayo on chicken sandwich and they put it on, I even say to them can you make sure, and they say yes. 6 times this has happened, and each time the receipt doesn’t reflect no mayo, then when I tell then it’s wrong, They absolutely look and me like my name is Karen, I mean every time! They make a bunch of excuses , bottom line is they get it wrong EVERY TIME. Last night I sent it back and they made a new one, with mayo on it!!! I was dumbfounded!!! And they want more per hour then they are getting , On top of not letting me “have it my way “. The staff could care less! I hung in there cus I love Burger King, but after last night I’m done!
Great food every time I come, with the food being hot and exactly what you look for in a fast food experience. HOWEVER, the Southwest Bacon Whopper Jr. Is the worst burger I've ever had the displeasure of eating, though thankfully in the wonderful $5 your way meal, you can replace such distasteful sin-burgers with the Double whopper Jr, and absolute classic. It's not this location's fault, more one bad decision by the king, so 5 star review remains. Also the chicken fries are a Godsend.
It's Burger King and it's always the same but they need to be more aware of the quality of fried food they give. Every time lately that I've gotten onion rings, they have been junk! But for fast food their fish sandwich is pretty good.
Let’s see……. Not a sole on site but 5 people standing around doing nothing. Maybe one of them could actually CLEAN the mens bathroom which looks to have never been cleaned in weeks. The entire bottom of the urinal is brown! Really! Paper towels all over the floor because they’re too lazy to check the bathrooms throughout the day! Maybe have the girls at the front counter with the huge hickey on her next to clean it. Real class act!
What if you are in the area shopping and your kids are getting really hungry. Take a quick stress break and zip over to Burger King. A clean good choice. Kid friendly with eat-in or take-out. The crew in Webster will take care of the hungries. When everyone are satisfied, get back to the important business of shopping. For the menu, service and price performance it is an easy five star selection.

I mean, it's Burger King, you know what to expect with them by now. Not bad, but still fast food. Every time I go there though the staff is very polite and the wait isn't bad at all, so long as you're not going during the lunch rush that's to be expected everywhere in Webster though. Could be worse, you could have a line of cars wrapping around the building at ALL times like it is when i lived in California, in some of the more popular places. I recommend downloading the app to save you a couple of bucks by the way. I don't go there enough to bother with it any more; but, at the time I tried it, you could get an extra free sandwich with your meal or a combo that saves you like 3-4 dollars. It adds up!
They are always, slow, slow, slow. Dont go if you are in a hurry. They have new staff everytime I go. They are always joking and laughing inside and not helping to get customer orders out. They definitely need more supervision in there. Only go if you really got time... to WAITDine in: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
I like the taste of their burgers, old grilled taste, the regular Whopper pretty big and Jr Whopper always an option too. Their original grilled chicken sandwich was tasty too and pretty big. Love fries and theirs are pretty good, cooked so crunchy the way I like them but wish they'd go light when adding the salt, too much !!! Yes you can probably ask for no salt but takes longer ... They serve you the drinks so no self serve which really isn't a big deal, you can probably ask for a refill but not sure on thatWe went at a non-busy time so things went smooth but not sure what their in-dining expensive is like while waiting for your food with the current distancing rules. That's not too big a deal for me but one thing they could add is a small TV monitor so you know when your food is ready especially since all orders are in paper bags vs trays which gets confusing ... Think about that lunch hour crunch since this Burger King is located in a crowded busy suburban plaza. A lot of people still go inside to order for dine-in and take-out especially if the drive-thru is extremely backed up !!!
