Red Horse Diner

The four of us went here on a Sunday for lunch. Easy parking. Quick seating. Tables and booths available. Clean bathrooms. Quick service. We all enjoyed parts of our meals and found parts to be lacking. Overload of diner and old/nostalgic decorations which were fun to see. Neat place to visit.

I've been stopping here for years and until today minus one exception where a large order of onion rings was a pile of grease it's been amazing. I chalk the onion rings up to a fluke. Hopefully today was also a fluke but I doubt it. The service was good, the milkshake was generic and it used to be above the rest. The burger was sub par, the meat was good but had no special favor or seasoning, the onions were just diced, the BBQ sauce used to be good but this tasted like the stuff from public school in the nineties. All that sounds systemic to me. Hopefully the next time won't be so bad but I won't have the bragging rights style conversation about where to eat with my friends until the quality returns.

Traveled from Moses Lake with friends to experience the ambiance of a 50s diner. Very fun atmosphere with the decorations and music. Food was delicious, most impressed with the hand dipped milkshakes. Our server Bridgette had great customer service.

The ambiance is better than the food quality The interior matches the colorful exterior. Lots of old signs were attached to the walls as well as suspended from the ceiling. Lots of fun stuff to look at. The burgers got good reviews from our group. I made the mistake of ordering a salad, a grilled chicken salad. Everything was chopped including the chicken. Little cubes of not very tasty chicken breast. Croutons not very good. Fries mediocre. 9-1-17

Great food and wonderful service. The ambiance is great in this retro-themed restaurant. I would definitely come here again.
