One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. First, they messed up the order, then while we waiting an extra 15 minutes for our food I went to ask for a water, we were told we couldn't be in the store. 7 empty tables have been dirty since we got here.. nobody cleaning up. Never eat in store here, especially if you bring your kids. Edit: I will never go back here because I am afraid of the angry service that I received before.

Normal Pizza Hut greatness! Very reasonable wait. The store looked clean. The salad bar looked good, but I was there for a carry-out so I did not get to try it. The service was friendly and helpful.

I had a very frustrating time. They told me they took my payment over the phone, turns out they didn't. Then they got both pizzas wrong twice. Thankfully I checked before I left. I understand when you have knew people hired on that things get mixed up. But to have people be rude to you about it and treat you like your dumb isn't ok.

Service is usually decent but expect your pizza to not be fully cooked.
