I checked out the Tav for lunch today at the suggestion of a coworker.nnThe service was great! The guys greeted me as I walked in for a 1:30pm lunch. I let them know drinks weren't an option but I was there for the food, and within less than a minute, I had a menu, within 5 minutes I was able to order and about 10 minutes after that food was in front of me. They noticed immediately when my water ran out and brought me a carafe of more water. Checked that the food was good. They had 3 guys covering about 8 tables and I also noticed a couple of to go orders get picked up...everyone was greeted and treated like they were guests at home.nnI ordered a bacon and Bleu burger with crispy bacon. My ONLY suggestion is a little more seasoning on the meat, and maybe more of a sear for that yummy caramelization on the meat. Otherwise, I felt like the toppings on the burger were perfect and situated in such a way that the bun didn't get soggy from the tomato and the pickles stayed cold HELL YES!. I can be picky, I know this...and this was the perfect set up for me to be happy with those toppings. I had the mac-n-cheese bites instead of fries and those were yummy too.nnThis looks like a great place if you want to have some food and watch sports! They had the Mariners game and another baseball game above the bar when I was there.nnBetween the awesome service and good food, I would definitely go again.

Great little bar. 21 and older only, which is fine as it is a bar. But get a togo if you have kids as the food was great. The potato salad was delish. So were the burgers, I was very happy with my food. Dinged for service only bc we waited for a bunch of bar drinks to be made before we could pay for our togo order, and leave.

I love the nostalgic feel of the decor - it's like stepping into a bar from the 1990s with its heavy wood accents, dark theme, and lots of memorabilia on the walls. The cozy booths are perfect for enjoying a few beers or a quick lunch, and when the weather's nice, I like to hang out on the back patio with its inviting tables. The food is pretty good for a bar - the salads are always generous and packed with fresh ingredients, and the burgers are tasty. Sure, the appetizers are mostly fried bar food, but they hit the spot. Whether it's for a bite to eat or a few drinks, it's a nice spot. The service is decent too - not overly friendly, but good enough.

Awesome vibes and great servicenI don't remember your name, and I don't wanna get you in trouble, but thank you for the free fries and soda, it really made our birthday celebration feel complete.nWe ordered the hungry mother burgers, which were perfection, great char, melty cheese everywhere, veggies perfectly balanced the double patties and were only ~11$nAnd a good mix of music heard some older titles mixed with things like Gorillaz great place, will be coming back with more money

The menu is standard bar food. Their burgers were really good. The only minor nick pick was the burger bun wasnt toasted enough so the bun didnt hold up till the end. Otherwise it was delish. The fries were hot and crispy, not soggy at all.
