Jack in the Box

It was 9:45pm on a Saturday night they gave me half my food in the drive through and told me to park. I was missing 6 tacos and a loaded mini tacos I then waited 25 minutes with food in the bag getting cold and have yet to get my other food. The lady in the window had a nasty attitude. Needless to say the service sucked the food sucked and I do not want to go back for 40 dollars worth of dog$hit food. The owner or manager needs to do something about this I am furious!!!!!

I have always been a fan of Jack In The Box. The blonde lady at the drive thru window is as high as the eye on a giraffe on speed. I got to the window and as she was bouncing around and mumbling, she pulled my food out of the bag, rubbed her hands all over her face and mouth, unwrapped my burgers and lifted up the buns to “make sure they were the right ones”. It was absolutely appalling. I pulled out, headed right over to 7/11 and bought hot dogs and threw away $30 worth of food I just paid for.nThat was the most unsettling experience I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. I know employees are hard to come by, but if you pretend to care, send her to rehab or let her go somewhere she isn’t touching people’s food. That’s a real problem.nMoney gone, no food, won’t be back.

It was our first night in Ellensburg. We got Fry's that were so hard we couldn't eat them . I got a half of a teriyaki bowl not portioned correctly at all. The blonde packing our food was so high she was dodging and weaving at things that weren't there, not to mention how many times she touched her face and her hair! Just not ok.

Food is burnt, jalapeño poppers overcooked all the cheese out so it was a dry husk. Service is terrible, takes 10-15 min after you PAY just to get a simple meal. This is the one of the worst Jack In The Boxes I’ve been to.

I got the two for five sausage croissants without cheese and I got one made correctly and the other made with cheese : I can’t have dairy without it causing stomach issues. So sad!
