Highly recommended! Five-star service, and the food will absolutely exceed your expectations. Their standards for food are even higher than yours, which is why they’re able to deliver such high-quality dishes.nnThe pasta sauce was incredible—rich, deep, and full of flavor. The special of the month was classic and perfectly done. We also tried dessert, including the dark chocolate, and they emphasize that many of their desserts are gluten-free.nnThey have everything a great restaurant should have. Definitely worth recommending, with very fair and honest pricing.

Had a wonderful dinner experience with my wife at the Ellensburg Pasta Company!  A nice cozy dining area.  And wonderful service! I ordered a half Caeser Salad, and the Steak Gorgonzola.  My wife ordered Salmon with Vegetable Noodles.  The portions were excellent.  The caeser salad had a lot of cheese on it.  I couldn't finish it, as it was really salty.  The steak was well cooked.  The pairing of flavors was excellent with penne noodles, sauce, tomatoes and gorgonzola.  I loved the flavors.  But it was too salty.  I'm not scoring the rating down, as it was probably just me. But I enjoyed it less than I could as a result.  My wife's salmon and vegetable noodles was delicious.  The noodles had great flavor and texture.  The salmon was great, including as leftovers on day 2.  We also ordered a chocolate cake not pictured that was incredible.  Dark chocolate.  Very rich.  I'd tell you to visit, even if its just for the chocolate cake.

I’ve been to the pasta company and to Bruce’s place recently.  Heather, the bartender/ waitress in Bruce’s Place was outstanding!  I’d go back just to visit her!nMy grandpa and I went to lunch yesterday at the pasta company and Tina was a 10/10 waitress!  Both incredible experiences!

My nephew has his rehearsal dinner here on a Sunday. There was about 30 of us and we had our own room and server. The server was attentive and helpful. Our drinks were replenished frequently and the food was delicious! The food came out in waves, as I'm sure the kitchen was trying to keep up with our party and the regular business they had. Overall, a wonderful experience. Hope to visit again next time we are over there!

We often drive through the area in our two passenger busses doing senior tours to different areas around the state.nnWe made it a point to stop here for lunch each year we pass through as their food is REALLY good!  And they do not miss!nnIf you are in Ellensburg, and you enjoy good italian dishes, it is a MUST to eat here!nnthanks for a great meal! :
