Fire & Smoke Restaurant and Catering

Fire & Smoke catered our wedding this last weekend. It was perfect! David, the owner, was very helpful in helping us tailor a menu to fit our budget, and everything was perfectly prepared and ready to go well before I was time to serve dinner. He and his staff were unobtrusive, and were quick to refill food trays as they became empty or low. They are one of our favorite restaurants, and we would definitely use them again to cater another event.

Food was delicious! The brisket was very flavorful and so tender. My one year old son with only two teeth was able to eat almost a quarter of my sandwich, cornbread and beans. He loved it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the place is cute and clean. We'll be back when ever we're in town!

The best ribs I have ever had!! The service was fast, friendly, and outstanding. The owner/chef took the time to stop by the table and chat for a quick moment. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in Ellensburg. Can't wait to try the pulled pork.

Stopped in on a whim to grab some food for the road (drive back to Seattle). Hands down some of the best ribs and brisket I have ever had. I highly recommend you try for yourself and I am sure you will not be disappointed. This is a must stop for me going forward.

The best BBQ in town, hands down! As someone who lived for a time in the Southeastern US, I appreciate the NC style barbecue and the perfect sweet tea served up by Fire and Smoke. I have never had a less than stellar meal-- pulled pork, brisket, pork ribs, beef ribs-- are all fantastic. The above mentioned sweet tea is the 'real deal' and essential beverage to accompany whatever the entree. You can order beer, but who would want to? It would just take up room better used for bbq.
