Good place to have small groups gathering. They have different food package that is really good for the price. But they serve the dishes too slowly.
We went here as we were looking for something new. Overall the experience was meh. It wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. The main thing that pushed it over the edge was the food. The sushi we got - Crispy California Roll deep fried cali and Summerslide Roll - were average. The soft shell crab was surprisingly bland. Sure there's a sauce but that doesn't mean the dish should lack taste. We also got beef shank and duck breast. Both were average taste wise and there's really nothing there to write home about. The grill we used - I'm convinced - wasn't oiled as the items immediately stick to it. The heat also wasn't spread evenly throughout the grill as there's a definite difference of temperature between the different areas. They use an online menu and you use that to make orders which is fine but the application was a little buggy. It's not the restaurant's fault the application had some bugs If you're hungry and need to EAT I'd go somewhere else as you won't get as much for the price you'll be paying. Overall, the experience was just about average. Maybe we went there on a bad day but it would be difficult to convince me to go there again.
Spent a nice moment here! The service was awesome! Food was excellent!! I love the restaurant’s design. Order from QR code is a trend for sure, but I would still like to order from menuspersonal preference. Will definitely recommend my friends to dine here!

Wow. This is the best sushi place I have ever been to in Richmond. Cozy place with modern design, extremely high quality foods, excellent service. What else are you looking for? I’ll definitely return and recommend to my friends and family.
Reasonable prices for excellent quality food. The complimentary tea was genmaicha that was rich and flavourful. I particularly loved the nigiri and aburi sushi. They are a la carte but get cheaper if you get multiples. Highly recommend the scallop aburi SO fresh, tuna Toro aburi, and tempura. The batter on the tempura was light and crunchy, very few places make it well like that. Lunch sets are great. I thought it would have just 4 pieces of California roll but it was actually 8! Huge amount of avocados in the California roll as well. Service attentive, good covid protocol plastic boards between tables, sanitizer on each table, cute decor. Free 2 hour parking need to register plate by scanning the QR code.
They offer lunch special with affordable price. And they gave ice cream as complimentary. Must try! I ordered salmon teriyaki lunch special. It was good quality but cheap and good service.
The family and I had a really good time. The food was high quality and delicious. Presentation was fun and service was excellent. The restaurant had limited tables however it was spacious. You get what you paid for!
The food was good, meat has decent marble to it which is very close to actual local Japan's yakiniku. The restaurant ambience is very welcoming and comfy, most importantly it is well ventilated so you wouldnt feel so stuffy while grilling. The waitress was very attentive always know the write time to switch the grill pan and take away dirty dishes; a very pretty and kind waitress too! The way shes so attentive makes me wonder if she is actually one of the owners
Ohhh yah~ enjoyed my Thursday evening with my husband here. Holy cow beef platter is pretty fresh and good service here as well! The surprised us by complimentary coconut vanilla ice cream ;P
