I go to this branch at least once/ month for quite some years. It usually has 3 counters open to serve clients. Staff is slow, but still ok, waiting line is usually short (10-20min wait time on average). 3 ATMs. Free Wi-Fi.
Staff will look deep in your accounts & promote their products, sometimes chat on their work station using their keyboard while serving you.

I was there on Nov. 10th around 10:00am to get some change. I stood there for 2-3 minutes before the person served me because he was checking messages on the phone (hidden underneath the counter)! Not acceptable
