Customer service for businesses is always long and complicated. Staff always seems unsure what to answer with anything other than deposit and withdrawls.  I will be changing banks for all my accounts.

Dealt with this branch only twice. It has the longest hours of operations I've seen in a BMO branch but the employees are not nice, almost bored.

Lines may be long at this bmo but this is the only bmo open on Saturday. Also work long hours during weekdays.
