RBC Royal Bank

This branch should be close down due to service failure-every day at list 45 to 60 mins waiting on the line,business or personal both line.it’s been last 22 years -experience with this branch. They are with full of attitude. I visit 2 times a week at this branch. 10 counter including business,mostly 6 counter close,max 4 counter open including business. Hope manegment will look into this problem. Or I would try switch all our account into other bank.and I would request to all people, Please watch out before you visit at this branch.thank you all.

Worst branch ever. The line up is all the way outside and you have two clerk working on the same case instead of serving clients. RBC had the highest profit this year so why won't they spend it on hiring new staff for the busiest branches. Its unacceptable to have only 3 open cashier on a Thursday. I've seen disable clients leaving because there's no more chairs for them to sit on.

For simple tasks, sometimes you have to go to this branch several times because somebody forgot to click ok/save/submit buttons!

Had issue with my car loan. Walked in to the branch with no appointment. Sergio was very helpful in assisting me and trying to solve the issue. Thank you.

Be careful when dealing with them because they are very nice at first but once you signed the documents and they know that you are already tied up with them they will be no longer as nice as they are during the first time. They will not be as helpful and as accommodating. Also, make sure that everything is in writing fully signed and not in verbal.
