BMO itself is a good bank but the staffs here are all just terrible. They don't listen to you and don't try to understand what you want or what your problem is. I really should've open my account at another branch.

really bad and rude services. I went to understand a problem. After what, I ask if I could change my plan. The "rude" lady told me , “ we can’t go back to same BMO where you open your account.
She was a layer, cause few days after, I went to another BMO ( not where I open my account) and they was able to change my plan without problem in 2-3 minutes.

Terrible service, the employees are not qualified, it is impossible to reach them by phone, I have left 3 messages to Thi Be Ho directly, with no response. The worst banking experience
