I don’t really understand those people? I think they are not human. Those people they don’t respect themselves; what a shame...I talked to someone he said he will call back in 4 min and then he never called back; I called again no-one answered the phone so I had to leave a voice mail, since then they never called back until this hour. I just didn’t get it if these people doesn’t want to work why they are working? if they don’t want to answer questions of people like them when are they offering ‘services’? these people are laughing at themselves not on me cause I did my part ...these people are useless!!!

Very bad service by non professional agents. I waited for more than two months for a wire transfer. I ended up closing my account.

No one answer . No customer service. They are enjoying life here in Canada please change those staff we need competent people . I'm from Vancouver and to have my stuff done I have to flight meet them .
