The worst and unprofessional bank I’ve ever seen in my life. I went there several times and every time they miss leaded me with wrong information regarding cheques and investment rules.

Slow as hell. For a bank in dowtown, it definitely needs to hire more clerks.

Extremely slow service l and I'm not exaggerating. The staff is taking their time chatting around while we are about 15 people in line and only 3 counters are open. Better service at St.Catherine or corner of Sherbrooke and Peel.

This is the worst branch of RBC ive been. the staff do not know their job and there is always a big line up. because the staff are not well trained , they do not know many simple tasks or details they are supposed to know, and they have to ask another colleague while the she/ he is helping another client and this is the reason there is always a big line up.
