I have been trying to reach (more then 3 times) them to get an appointment for a RRSP investment. They pick the phone but will keep on talking / joking with some ones else. There should be some one sensible to take care of the customers. These type of employees are disgrace for the bank and branch...

Very slow processing... waited in a long line and only one teller... and clearly there were staff arounf and wont even make an effort to say theyll find someone else to speed things up. Very hot location... and tight space. There werre 2 receptionist like a welcoming committee by the door standing while theres a long line....

In my experience, the staff is really helpful. They answer any questions I have and are polite. The only downside is that, depending on the day you go, there is a bit of a wait (even if you have an appointment). I find it reasonable though, and have no issues doing my banking with them.

So many issues with this place. Having mortgages with this branch, they are responsible with our school taxes & never has been paid by td. I got some penalty for late payment and I had to pay for them.
I also opened a business account at this branch at the beginning of August. I still did NOT get the cheques and the credit card. I went to the branch 4 times, never got fixed. I have called few times, they never answered. I left voice messages, they never called me back.
MUST avoid this branch !

You must avoid this place.
And their processing is too slow. They don’t want to do anything.....
