Conveniently located and easily accessible in wheelchair. Self-service automated machines for deposit and withdrawals. There is a bike rack right on the corner, close to the entrance. I never saw any lineup going there at diverse hours.

Got there at 2:18pm Saturday and reception said could not take me because they close at 3pm and it would take 45min to open account. It looked like they really couldn’t care less for a future customer. I can’t even imagine for current ones.

everyone look like they are new or never worked in a bank before, service was slow and inefficient, had to redo most stuff that was "done" by the employee there. I closed my account 2week after opening it because it was less complicated to just keep the one i had 1h30 away from my place instead of there.

I closed my Caisse Desjardins accounts after only a year because my account manager refused to respond to my emails / messages. I only wanted to transfer an RESP account and it never happened after a year of waiting. Terrible customer service.

Awful customer service. No one has any knowledge, as if it’s their first time to work for bank Totally wasting time to go and ask anything So arrogant behavior as wellthey first looked me top to bottom
