Made a large cash deposit and it was put in the wrong account, they could not reverse the deposit and I had my cash basically paralyzed for 3 days before I could transfer it to the proper account. I understand that being a teller is not a demanding job, but I wish they would have a pre-requisite of at least advanced english speaking skills.

A very high-class and modern branch. With computers you can freely check your online banking and your children can play with RBC games at the "kid's corner" on the desktop. They have safe-boxes in this branch, too. Also, many nice Iranian advisors and staff work here which can assist you in Farsi which is a gift for newcomers. One lady that I can mentione from many nice staff is Mrs Mahin. Their mortgage advisor called "Aida" is an expert and full of talent and can help you in every aspect of BANKING. If you are intrested in your child academic education, be sure to ask her about RESP and related investments.

This branch is very big and there's always an empty space for you to be checked in no time. I love the people working here because they're very professional and focused on your needs. I recommend this branch, just find a proper place to park your car.
