RBC Royal Bank

No English. They only speak Chinese, every single account manager cannot' speak english enough to understand I was dropping of mortgage renewal papers. RBC had to call the branch and explain it to them and because of that I moved my mortgage and have left RBC all together!! Absolutely useless!!

This branch literally is the worst branch of RBC in GTA. Unfortunately, I am working in this area and this is the closest RBC branch to me but every time that I visit this branch, I hate myself. The staff are not trained properly and the manager is skeptical and not the most pleasant person to deal with. They have no idea about basics of customer care and most of the time it takes forever to do a job that in other branches can be done in 5 minutes. If you have time to visit another branch, avoid this.... (from a real customer and this is a real review...)

Surprisingly, I had an excellent experience here. I say surprisingly, because of the mixed reviews and because it's just a small branch at no so fancy location. But the teller, Mr. S.D. was not only the fastest one there, but also extremely helpful.

The assistant branch manager Eric Lo, doesn’t know anything about me and he asks any questions he feels like because he’s curious. Doesn’t even seem confidential, there’s no privacy
