TD Canada Trust

This is my Home branch, but I hate coming here because I always have to wait a long time - whether it’s to see a financial advisor (with appointment made) or at the teller. The location is very convenient though, especially with a no frills in the same plaza

One of the poorest TD locations I've ever visited. Long wait times, horrible parking and I find the location very inconvenient to get to. The interior is in need of a renovation as well. I advise you to visit another location unless you're desperate.

The manger in this place named Aaron mak is one of the worst mangers I have ever came face to face with in any organization. On top of that I've been with TD for more then 10 years all I ask was just to cash my cheque. And to take out a small amount. This guy had the audacity to tell me I couldn't get my 400 dollar cheque cash asap he said I'll have to wait 4 to 7 business days like WHAT. I've been cashing cheques for years with this bank and this is the first time I've ever heard of my money being prolonged for a time period. So I went down the road to hwy7 and seen another TD location and they cashed my cheque with no issues or prolong statuses. So MR Aaron mak why were you trying to delay my funds??? When another TD accepted it within Seconds. Terrible service SMH.

Although the line ups are fairly long, all of the bank tellers provide great customer service. Open Sundays.
