Went in to get form 20057. Simple enough. 
Got stuck with the incompetent, unprofessional, discourteous, loud, old, obsolete representative (the one with thick black rimmed glasses), who after 35 minutes, couldn't fulfill such a simple request.
I left.
I get better service at TD Bank. Anytime, Any day, Any representative.

The worst branch of any bank ever, i applied to renew my credit card for like 5 times and every time i go back all what i hear is apologises because they have lost my papers!!! Plus, my last visit they gave me an appointment with someone who’s not working there anymore!!!!

I have raised a complain but guess what?? No one cares, never heard from the bank!!

The best RBC branch in Canada. Unlike other branches, they listen to the customer's needs instead of pushing a mutual fund or a credit card.
