Courteous service, efficient, and pleasant enough. Some confusion at times and a need to make a couple of phone calls to clear things up, and they do not offer 24 hour access to their ATM's, but these minor inconveniences are small potatoes compared to the hoops that my former bank made me jump through in order to complete the simplest of tasks. I'm happy with my decision to switch over to RBC.

Terrible customer service, very inexperienced, NOT VERY Professional, very surprising for a bank in Westmount. Have had it, changing banks!
