The employees ,including the bank manager have absolutely no idea how to offer good customer service. They are not well informed at all. Do yourself a favour and take your banking elsewhere!

All cards were stolen in Costco, so I needed to apply a new bank card here after calling to their customer service, the employee told me that I must go to the branch where my account was originaly opened.OK, no choice, I drived to downtown. However, there, the employee said that I could apply my bank card at any branch...

Consistently great service for a bank as far as my experiences go (compared to some other places that have been actual nightmares to do banking with). The tellers have gone out of their way more than once to look into solutions when I had questions and concerns, and are also just a great help when I have a quick question about finances.
