RBC Royal Bank

This used to be my favourite bank, not anymore. Greedy greedy - they redid the outside of the building spending all the money they saved by removing the business counter... !! Today I spent half an hour waiting to be served, my business is in NDG and I find this a disgrace. No manager on site, stressed out tellers who probably get paid pennies to do the job of those who only collect money. I recall when they had a manager who came outside to say hello, even put water for dogs outside! It was a pleasure to go! Not anymore - shame shame! Only good thing is the service, they try so hard considering the condition in which they have to work.

Pourri du coté commercial plein d'erreur du coté technique et du coté service client Quand jai ouvert mon compte plein d'omission qui ont fait que jai du appeler 2 fois pour pouvoir faire un simple depot dans mon compte commercial de plus quand je laisse un message a la responsable du compte pour avoir une info inportantes pas de retour dappel je relance donc toujours rien Je monte d'un echellon et vais en sucursalle pour demander que le directeur commercial me rappelle Il na jamais rappellé J,ai remonter plus haut en appelant la centrale RBC pour porter plainte èa ce sujet ils ont pris ma plainte mais ne font pas de suivi donc aucune idee si cest tombé dans les limbes si ma plainte a bien été gérée et aucun retour dappel du directeur section entreprise ni de la responsable qui a ouvert mon compte suite a cette plainte pas fort. On est en préouverture pour le moment mais honnetement je vais sortir nos activités pour madresser a une autre banque des quon sera actifs

Service Client tous pourri , aucun suivi ,besion de se déplacer 4 fois pour faire une démarche .
