Worst RBC branch in Montreal. Employees are very rude to customers, act like they serve you for free and you owe them something. I went there four times, and dealt with four different agents, one worse than the other.... Last time I stayed at the line for 15 minutes, and at the end I had to use the ATM machine because the agent was too lazy to fill out a deposit slip....

Worse place to do banking......arrogant, not professional and no sense of customer service.
I will never do business with them again. If you want to loose your time and passion is the right place........
