Used to be an efficient for all my banking needs! 
-Lacks service and knowledge. 
-Poor on customer service, such as attitude, helpfulness and knowledge. 
-Very long waiting time. 
-No more front desk for quick info. 

This bank has changed in the last couple of years or so. Other reviews are a good reference.

As result, I moved all my assets elsewhere.

I don’t go into branches all that often, the few times I’ve been in here have not been great experience though.

Always good service. Ask for best daily conversion rate when converting from CAD to USD or vice versa. (A tip from one of their tellers)
