I opened an (engineering) account around 6-7 months ago at this branch. The BNC representer supposed to contact me and send me cheque book and credit card which I haven't received yet after months. since then I have tried to contact via phone calls and emails, and every time they get my information and call back! I even visited the branch 2 times which they said they will contact me, but still no calls. This behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable, and I don't want to continue such a relationship with your bank. Please let me know how can I discontinue my account with your bank.

Worse bank anyone can bank with. Worse customer service, horrible understanding of your time. Don't waste your time and money

Slow service - often has one teller open. ATM machines are often "out of service". Visit the national on maisonneuve and peel for a better banking experience.
