RBC Royal Bank

Always a line up since only a few counters are open at any given time. Always something wrong with atms. Somehow I get better service elsewhere but this particular branch

Came to exchange CAD to USD. Teller gave me $ 20 bills. When I asked for $ 100 bills she said I had to order before. Total amount was worth only $ 700 USD. I am VERY loyal customer of this Bank, but attitude of some tellers is not acceptable.

Staff is nice & polite but service is way too long. Unacceptable delays every single time you go there. Hire more tellers!!!

Wait time is pretty bad and the new staff are often less knowledgeable. They wasted my time telling me they couldn't do a certain transaction when I knew they could. I ended up pushing them to ask the senior staff members and sure enough they were wrong and I was right. *sigh* If possible, do payments online or use the bank machines. Makes things a lot easier and quicker to do.

worst RBC Bank service ever, i usually never write reviews, but this one is a must. Had to deposit 2 checks at the counter until a staff came to the line and told me it would be easier at the ATM machine, i told the staff that i did not want to do it because it would block my money for several days , she went ahead and tells me it will not be frozen. she deposit the checks and guess what? yes, checks were blocks for more than a week. mind you i did tell her it would be block and she still went ahead and do it. this staff did not know what she was doing. Service a big Zero!!
