RBC Royal Bank

It is interesting to see that other reviewers have rated this RBC poorly. I do most of my banking at this branch and I have never been with a bad teller. I was even advised on how to save money on converting other currencies and have been very much pleased with the people who work here. I took off one star because it is extremely hard to find parking or to move around this complex in a vehicle.

I am very displeased after being served by Pawan. She was not welcoming and was rude, while claiming she was "just trying to help". She was cutting us off constantly and did not give us a chance to explain our situation. It felt like she wanted to rush is out of there.

Only two tellers open most of the time. Then they keep talking each other. If they need help should call somebody.

Pawan who works at this branch is the most ridiculous and rude person I have ever encountered in all my dealings with RBC. She was extremely rude and sarcastic right from the start when all I wanted to do was simply sign a document that I was called in to sign. She kept insisting that I was in the wrong place and that there's no such documents even before she looked for it. Her bitchy attitude and sarcastic remarks were really shocking. After her manager told her where to look for my documents and she realized that she had made a mistake, she did not even apologize and acted as though nothing happened. She should be fired. Worst customer service experience in my whole life.

The worst service I have ever seen. Every time I come here the line up doesn't move very fast as today I had to wait 35 minutes. Also, I didn't get help because I was late to my work!!! If you guys have short staff you need to hire some more employees. However, I saw a few employees were just playing around, and doin nothing. You need to understand this, people don't have time to spend their break or their time at your branch. That's ridiculous!!!!!!!
