Had the same experience as W.Ayala. For some reason, the appointments are meaningless over there, despite all that office and cubicle space. The advisors seem to be absent 95% of the time and had no idea what promotions or ads the Bank were running. Its a shame too, because its a great location.

Had to use an ATM. Came to this location after branch hours and was surprised how large the foyer is with the ATM's. The location was clean and tidy and it was easy and quick to use the ATM.

Very bad service from this branch. Booked and appointment to talk to an advisor weeks ahead of time. The day of the apointment I get there they made me wait and tell me that thereally is a problem with the apointment and I have to talk to a teller to rebook an apointment. Complete incopotence from these tellers. No thank you ill be taking my business else were.
