This branch is conveniently located at Dundas and Spadina. Many places in Chinatown only accept cash so there are times I have to pop into this branch to withdraw cash. This is one of the few CIBC branches that open on Sundays! There is a wheelchair ramp.

Very friendly and helpful staffs! Only problem... there is always many customers! 😊

Staff gave great service even when they had a hostile customer someone screaming at them in another section. All staff were calm and continued to service everyone despite the issue. I was served on time and she was very friendly. 5 stars!

Stuff looked lazy and did not know how to proceed with my request. Luckily I have done it in other branch so I insisted and was giving instruction. They are able to follow instructions
