The service was 'ok'. Breakfast, same (but included). I can't speak for the amenities, as the pool, hot tub, and fitness room were undergoing renovations. My room was a little dated, but from the looks of some of the renovations going on, I would have to say things are sure to improve - so I can't fault the hotel for the inconvenience... It's good to see them working on conditions (timing is everything. I was in the area for work, so it accommodated for sure). Plenty of amenities and nearby services/stores.

Fantastic, accommodating staff! Clean rooms, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty, and there was lots of it. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a great night out of the rain!

I had a very negative experience. I booked a room with two queen size beds and that is not what I received. I received a room with a pull-out bed and separate room with a queen size bed. When we asked to change the room they did not accommodate the switch and suggested that the room that I had gotten was more expensive than what we had booked. Additionally, the pull out bed had leftover food "candy" and there were no blankets for the pull out bed. When we asked for blankets they gave us an duvet without a cover. When we asked for a duvet cover they provided a crumpled up sheet. When we asked to speak to a manager the attendant did not provide any resolution and implied that we had an extra guest and stated that we are lucky that we are not being charged an additional fee. Not only did I not receive what I had booked, but I was treated unpleasantly by the staff. This is quite unacceptable. Please provide a refund, I am not happy whatsoever.

I am in from the states for the weekend and looked for something beyond the burger/sandwich/fries routine that is a majority of what is offered in Pitt Meadows. The food here was quite good (I got the spicy beef vermicelli and a veggie spring roll), and I'd definitely come back if/when I'm in town again.

I hate this hotel. They can't carry out the simplest of tasks. I stayed here for my wedding, and had to call the police after they lost my tux. The front desk employees are the worst type of human being that has ever been birthed. They were the reason the cops were called. Don't ever stay here. Sleep on the street if that is your alternative. You will be more comfortable.
