They have happy hour 2-6pm. It’s like a mini water lodging stay since they have a pool and hot tub. They also have a dry sauna and some of the rooms over look the pool. I’m glad my room wasn’t close to the pool since it can be noisy if kids are screaming. Pool is open 9am-9pm. Dry sauna is open from 5:30am-9pm. They have a bistro which I wish I had been able to go during happy hour but wanted to explore Vancouver about 26-30 min away. Book through hotel tonight and they gave me the double bed room and the pillows were super comfortable! The bed was a bit above average. The one thing I really liked was this place was really clean and staff were friendly and professional! Great service! I forgot my toothbrush and they had complimentary ones. You just have to ask at the front desk! They even offered to bring it upstairs! Definitely will be coming here with family!

Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful! Our team was there for a girls volleyball tournament. Instantly we noticed no elevator. Long walk with baggage to stairs. Coffee in room but no available coffee down in lobby. Apparently other parents reported incredibly high prices in restaurant, (typical as most hotels figure they have a captive audience). We went to Horton’s for 1/4 the price. Toilet had minimal flushing power. Notified staff on first day and they said they fixed it but same on second day of our stay. Overall a nice place however and the pool area was beautiful.

Excellent Hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Coquitlam Inn Convention Centre. The front desk staff checked us in & out with ease. They were able to accommodate our family of 8 over Easter weekend. The rooms (1 room & 1 apartment) were clean & very roomy. The pool was the highlight of the weekend for the children. The online pictures don't do it justice...it's a true oasis with fountains & bridges. The restaurant set a table for 12 (8 of us plus 4 cousins) for dinner on Good Friday. The food was delicious & the service was excellent! I recommend this hotel & look forward to staying here on our next trip. All Best Western hotels are privately owned, so each one is unique.

I stayed 2 nights for a business conference. The room I stayed in was nothing special but I couldn't complain about a single thing. The staff were all very friendly. The pool and hot tub is in the middle of the hotel in a jungle-like courtyard. That was really cool. And the conferences themselves were well done. Food was great. Always fresh coffee. Well done.

I came to this hotel as a child and enjoyed revisiting it with my daughter. Still looks the same. We enjoyed the pool and the tropical feel of the hotel. Staff where friendly and the hotel is very clean. Could use a little updating and better lighting. Overall we enjoyed our stay and how close it was to Ikea.
