Four Points by Sheraton Surrey

Not perfect, but staff are nice enough and it's quite decent. The sofa bed needed SERIOUS help being anything resembling comfortable, but it worked out alright eventually. Love that we got a microwave and mini-fridge. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Dislikes: 1. The curtains don't fully block out the light and there is like 2" of light from the hallway coming under the door. 2. Next to the highway which is convenient, but sound proofing is not sufficient to block out road noise. 3. No tub in the tiny bathroom. Single ply. 4. The pool is outside instead of inside as listed on the description when booking through google travel. 5. The rooms are really dark, and only have a lamp. No overhead lighting made it hard to get work done. Likes: 1. Convenient location 2. Polite and helpful staff 3. Parking provided

Room was large and clean. The closet was in a strange spot; it was blocked by the bathroom door if it was open. The employees were friendly and helpful. The location is good though it is a fair hike to the mall and restaurants if you want to walk to them.

The Four Points is a good choice for an overnight stay. My room was bright and clean and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was closed during my stay.

Stayed here before and it was great. But last time it was very bad. First off the 1st room Out of the 2 I got the tub was broken and wouldn’t work. Fine. We got the room switched out. Both rooms were pretty dirty especially the washrooms there was dirt and grime on walls. Make me grossed out. Then for the whole Time I was there. There was a very bad gas smell in the hall which lingered into my room. Didn’t make my stay comfortable at all. The pools closed for half the year. What hotel has a outdoor pool and stays open for half the year only.
