**Could be better**nnThe location worked for what we needed, but the experience fell short of expectations. While I’m typically flexible with budget accommodations, this place looked pretty run-down from the outside and just felt off.nnThe rooms themselves were fine, nothing special, just small. But the real dealbreaker was the complete lack of hot water during our stay.nnIf you’re considering staying here to save money, just know that the savings aren’t worth dealing with cold showers and a sketchy-looking property. There are better value options out there.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Stated here for 5 days. Staff service, front desk, restaurant peole were great. Great for short stay . Pool and gym are nice feature!! Complimentary coffee in the lobby is great on the way out early in the am.nLocation was ok about 20 min walk from Guilford Town Centre. $10-12 Uber per trio. Save-On-Foods, liquor store a few fast food eats within 5 min walking.nRoom could be little cleaner 3* from me needs improvement. Beds are too soft so many covers one it makes you feel uncomfortable to sleep you get tangled in. If you don't mind any of this then it's a great hotel..
Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. My frustration came after we checked out and had we not been warned from others we would have never caught it. They were not going to refund the incidentals until I called and I had to ask for a receipt and after reviewing my receipt I was charged an extra night. I called to discuss it with the hotel and had to provide my reservation number, after I was told repeatedly they had the correct number with all of my information. I am very disappointed and am concerned about how many others may have had money taken from them unknowingly.
Our barbershop quartet was visiting Surrey for a singing competition and had the pleasure of spending a couple of nights at this delightful hotel.Cecil at the front desk was very welcoming and even joined us in singing a tune we all knew. Would definitely stay here again!
Rooms are comfortable, beds are very good and everything is clean. Only one problem is the smell of the carpet, the rooms do stink when entering them. Also the AC's should be repaired, sometimes they work sometimes they don't. Parking is limited usually . Employees are kind and nice. Good job
