Executive Plaza Hotel Metro Vancouver

We recently stayed at the Executive Plaza Hotel in Coquitlam and hosted 2 meetings at this location; a breakfast meeting followed by a lunch meeting with a different group of people. Everything about this experience was top notch and exceeded our expectations. We travelled in from out of town and had to stay at the hotel the night before. Our rooms were well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Our only recommendation would be to open the gym for use at 5 am for early risers. The meeting room was perfect in size and set up exactly as we needed it. The buffet Breakfast and Lunch were both fresh, delicious and well executed. But I think what struck us the most was the genuine interest and engagement of all the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with. Everyone was professional, friendly, helpful and interested in us and how our experience was in their hotel. This level of engagement was so refreshing and a pleasure. Penny and Henny who handled our catering and meeting room were especially delightful and helpful. They could not do enough to help us ensure our meetings were successful. We would highly recommend this location and this is now our GO TO place for meetings and events in Coquitlam area.

Staff are amazing.nWe had a bit of a rough night on the first night of our two night stay and the hotel manager and staff went above and beyond to help us to be more comfortable.nThe first room we had wasn’t great, but they recognized my concerns and moved us a really nice room. The concerns I had are also fixable, so communication is key!nThe hotel overall is really nice, with a fun pool and gazebo area that the kids loved.nThank you!

Outstanding staff that went above and beyond to be helpful. I booked through a third party site NEVER AGAIN! and had to change my booking dates after making my reservation. The third party site did nothing to help and actually lied about contacting the hotel to make a change - they did not contact the hotel once. The hotel staff made the change happen - even though they were under no obligation to do so - and saved me having to pay for an extra night that I didn't need. Phenomenal service!

This has to be one of the very best places to stay at I have experienced in a really long time!nEveryone working gave their all from the front desk, to the security gentleman, the waitresses and cleaning crew! This is definitely a high ranking Hotel, extremely classy, and well behaved establishment. I was thrilled to stay here. It was very relaxing.

Spent 3 nights here with no complaints. The room was a corner unit with nice views. Location is great and close to skytrain. The food nearby is good and the hotel amenities are sufficient with heated pool. Gym accessories are sub-par but when does a hotel have a true adequate gym. I booked 2 more nights heee already.
