Executive Plaza Hotel Metro Vancouver

Stayed for 1 night. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Harveen. Can't say enough about this wonderful young lady. Extremely personal and excellent at her job. She made us feel welcome and ensured we knew what to expect and what we should know about our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had a small issue with the bath tub which was resolved promptly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the next morning in a nice dining area. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Located far from the city but next to the sky train.nRooms are clean but suffering from so so maintenance. Spotted a few screws sticking out from the wall in the room and in the bathroom. Power outlets are loose.nNegative:n1. Very noisy air conditioning system. Even when shut down in our room we can hear noise from adjacent rooms.n2. Breakfast was not included and overpriced when we decided to purchase.n3. The restaurant for dinner was way overrated and overpriced. Though the food was good,

We recently stayed at the Executive Plaza Hotel in Coquitlam and hosted 2 meetings at this location; a breakfast meeting followed by a lunch meeting with a different group of people. Everything about this experience was top notch and exceeded our expectations. We travelled in from out of town and had to stay at the hotel the night before. Our rooms were well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Our only recommendation would be to open the gym for use at 5 am for early risers. The meeting room was perfect in size and set up exactly as we needed it. The buffet Breakfast and Lunch were both fresh, delicious and well executed. But I think what struck us the most was the genuine interest and engagement of all the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with. Everyone was professional, friendly, helpful and interested in us and how our experience was in their hotel. This level of engagement was so refreshing and a pleasure. Penny and Henny who handled our catering and meeting room were especially delightful and helpful. They could not do enough to help us ensure our meetings were successful. We would highly recommend this location and this is now our GO TO place for meetings and events in Coquitlam area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable, and had a beautiful view, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a major plus. It is incredibly convenient with easy access to everything you might need.—just outside Vancouver.nThe food from the on-site restaurant was great.nThe service was truly exceptional. While the entire staff was polite and attentive, Arcelli, Barbara,and Harveen went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

The rooms are cleaned well. The views are good. The rooms are well insulated. The king size bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The tub was HUGE, built for 2. The cleaners were friendly and accommodating.nThe room had a kettle, keurig, coffee tea packs, desk, robe & slippers. Hair dryer and the usual shampoo ect.
