Executive Plaza Hotel Metro Vancouver

We hosted a baby shower in the Wild Fig. We chose the morning buffet and it was excellent: fresh, hot and it was continually replenished. There was a variety of dishes and they even supplied Vegan breakfasts for a few guests.nnThe staff was friendly and could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The manager, Habid set up exactly as we had discussed and was there first thing to check all was to our liking. It was a first class experience and we were thrilled.nnThey even provided a room for my niece and her husband so mama had a place to feed baby and to let him nap.nnThank you for making our event extra special

This hotel has impressed me from inside out. Initially, I thought of jut getting a night stay simply due to its proximity to my own home. I had an average impression about the hotel before being just another oldie moldie at first. I was amazed when I stepped into the room. I believe the hotel has undergone a new renovation recently, where it has immediately improved its rating within my mind. The room is extremely clean, contemporary design, spaces and has gorgeous view over the Lougheed township. The room equipped with all amenities that any traveller would need such as shampoo, cleaner, coffee maker, boiler, etc. The room services and the cleaning lady are nice and polite! Thumbs up for that! In brief, it exceeds all my expectations! Anyone who has rated it otherwise before should revisit the hotel for the whole new experience.nBTW, it is worth mentioning that the receptionist service at front desk is excellent but the midnight shift is average.nThe only down side I would like to comment is about the parking where the hotel will charge for $17 per night though it has plenty of parking lot around. I understand other hotel charge that too where it has no too much parking lot around. But when I told the receptionist that I would not used the parking, the night shift receptionist warned me immediately that I should not park at any open carpark surround the hotel as the compound is owns by the hotel. I then parked at the road side at the neighborhood nearby because I am familiar with the area. But, it is unpleasant to have known that the hotel has chosen to blocked out the abundant parking lots just to gain the tiny parking charges. Shouldn't the room guest deserve a free parking when it has all the spaces emptied for nothing? After all, the hotel room charges wasn't on the low side.

We had a great experience working at Executive Plaza Hotel Coquitlam while providing photography services for a Christmas celebration hosted for Eagle Ridge Hospital and Royal Columbia Hospital. From arrival to wrap up, the hotel team was attentive, welcoming, and easy to work with, which made the event run smoothly.nnThe venue offered a generous amount of space that allowed us to set up comfortably and deliver our service without any constraints. The layout worked very well for the event, creating an open and inviting environment where guests could move around freely and enjoy the evening.nnThe guests truly made the night memorable. Everyone was upbeat, engaged, and excited to take part in the photo experience, resulting in a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the event. The energy carried through into the final images, which turned out beautifully and reflected the joy of the celebration.nnOverall, Executive Plaza Hotel Coquitlam is a fantastic venue for events of this scale. With a capable team and well designed spaces, it is a location we would happily recommend and look forward to working with again in the future.

The lobby is large and well maintained with a very nice place to eat and grab a drink to the left of the reception desk. The staff was very polite and professional and made you feel welcomed. While the large mirror in the room was dirty,like someone had stuck tape on it but then removed it leaving a residue, the room itself was neat, tidy and clean. The hotel is in a good location with many options for food or a night out located around it. Definitely worth the consideration if you're staying in the area!

I checked in today and had one of the best customer service experiences at the reception, thanks to Sanaz. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, and made my check-in process smooth and stress-free. Her warm attitude and helpfulness truly stood out and made a great first impression.
