Service is outstanding. Our team has stayed here for years and we keep coming back. Front desk is incredibly friendly both at check in didn’t get her name and check out Sanaz. Kind, caring people who genuinely care about customers is refreshing to experience.nnFrom the good toilet paper to the full size towels and sheets, the fresh flowers at the entrance and the staff this is the place to stay in Coquitlam. Hands down. Thanks for taking care of us. Definitely recommend.

I have stayed here a few times and have not had an issue yet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service works great. Both restaurants have great food. The front desk staff are always friendly and do a courtesy call after check-in to make sure everything is to your liking. It's very local for me to go to work when I come down from the OKANAGAN. Thanks again. I'll be back soon.

I had to stay here for three nights while my husband was in the hospital a couple of blocks away. The service was amazing and everybody was so friendly and helpful to me. Sanaz at the front desk went above and beyond In helping me with things I needed. Definitely helped in a stressful situation. The rooms were spotless and the bed was super comfortable. It was a very good hotel choice to stay at and I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed several times, and have found a consistency with everything at this wonderful hotel. The front desk staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Shower pressure and temperature were just perfect. Bed was comfortable and provided a sound sleep. This is our “go-to” when we are in town.

I’m a frequent traveller and these have been THE comfiest beds and pillows I’ve ever slept on. I had the best sleep ever. I was told all the mattresses at the hotel are all brand new. The room was very very clean and incredibly quiet. I couldn’t even hear the loud parties from the convention/bars.nnCheck in and checkout was super fast and Sanaz at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. No regrets staying here as there are a LOT of good eats and things to do nearby and all at walking distance.
