Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Kingston

Great experience staying here for the first time. Right off the 401 in kingston and near food plazas. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds and I am a bed snob. Pool was SPOTLESS. Great relief after the dirty pool in the best western at our last stop. Surprised as I have stayed at other quality inn's in other cities and I did not have the same experience. Will stay again if in Kingston!

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and it was a great experience. I had to stay one night for my son's early morning surgery at hotel Dieu hospital and was given a compassionate discount on my stay at the Quality Inn. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, plus I received 10% off at Denny's restaurant. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

The hotel room was seemingly clean, and had all necessities. The pool was a decent size and the area was clean.nnAs for negatives, The carpet in our room was starting to come up and had a hump in it in the middle of the room. The door was difficult to close, needed to be slammed.nnThis is probably the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel due to the banging construction and electric saws in the hallway directly outside my door at 8:00 in the morning.

Had what we needed. Just a tad run down carpet was warped as if from water damage, mini fridge was unstable when could've easily been fixed by propping up one corner. Good location. Linen company truck did their pickup/drop off right outside our window around midnight which was a bit annoying.nRoom was clean and beds were comfortable.

Their name is quite misleading as the most important thing they lack is Quality. The customer service is poor. Our bedsheets were not clean and we realized this the next day as when we reached the hotel we just slept and did not see the stains. The next day we asked hotel admin to change our sheets. She said that they would change the sheets and clean room after 3 days of stay which is ridiculous. But she committed to get our sheets cleaned which did not happen and we had to sleep on the same stained sheets again.
