Here’s why I will never stay here again: Bad customer service. Booked one night with kids on the way to Toronto from Montreal over the holidays. Called ahead to make sure pool was open. Yes. But they neglected to tell me it wasn’t well heated, and hot tub was growing green algae. So kids couldn’t use the pool. Pool for kids was main reason for staying here. So contacted them to complain and hoping to get explanation, but customer service person didn’t care. Apparently the temperature was adequate and she made me feel like I was lying. Anyway. Waste of time calling. I will not be staying here again. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t assume everything will be working. Make sure to call ahead and ask many detailed questions!!

Oh, The front desk that worked Friday Jan 12 was so nice and friendly It was her and only her that got the 2 star rating. The Hotel was dirty, No Soap, Blankets ripped, Door broken ( slam to shut it) Blankets are ripped with holes, Makes me question the last time it was clean, Room is so small, Bathtub had ( black curly hair) in it , Furniture to plug in damaged. I paid 150 a night NO ONE should pay more then 100 to stay here. My room was a king with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was AWFUL, Springy blankets were ripped literally the blankets had holes in it , I was afraid of bed bugs or lice. I am so disgusted that anyone is allowed to run a hotel like this. Cheap but dated. Few things broken or missing in room. Sink didn't drain, maintenance was not available until the next day and they didn't show up. Good pressure in the shower, but no plug in the bathtub and no way to get one. Empty soap dispenser in the shower. Pool OK. Hot tub broken. Basic breakfast, nothing hot except the waffle machine and toasts. OK for one night. Would not stay more than that.

Hotel is under construction Rooms are clean but exterior and halls look and feel like a construction zone. Nothing was mentioned on the booking site about this.

Cozy, they were doing renovations when we visited, but the front desk staff were very pleasant. The only thing was the wifi, it was a bit chaulky and if you were watching something it freezes and take a few minutes to load. Other then that I would def return.
