This hotel is run down and filthy. The first room we had was so dirty. Stains on the sheets, dusty and dirty. Bathroom was horrible, dirty tub and sink. The staff changed our rooms. The next room was not as dirty but there were stains on the chair and the comforters. There was no ice. We complained and one of the staff went to the gas station to get us some. The beds were so uncomfortable that we left during the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overpriced and run down.

Stood at front for check in for about 10 minutes before anybody came, was just about to call but they showed up.. room was not clean at all. Stains in the sheets and blankets and pillow cases or maybe just dirty stains on floors ... wires exposed at all outlets that were over full. Exposed cable wires... paper thin walls.. could hear people talk outside... could hear the people beside us... their shower, talking, sneezing, xxx, tv.. beds were pretty hard, but doable I'm sure for some possibly comfortable for some.. I will say it's a very good chance I will not be back... but... price was cheapest as when looking for a room.... but as the saying goes.. you get what you pay for. Also when booking I guess it automatically put 2 people in which I didn't notice so had to pay extra as we had a 3rd person , even though it was the Same room . The guy working was semi pleasant and no we didn't bring up any of the issues to give chance to fix or not fix

Visited A niece who attends Queeens and needed 2 nights accommodation. Rooms would be your standard expectations and have been slightly updated recently. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows did the job for being comfortable. TV remote didn't work, but the TV did so it was not a big deal. Quiet and would stay again.

i found a knife under my bed!! me and my friends got a room for a night, we checked in around 5 and left at around 7 for the night. when we initially checked in there were a few stains on towels and the sheets which we didn’t think too much about because that’s normal, however once we returned around 12:30 we closed our curtains to see a splattered stained all over. a few minutes later my friend found a stain on the floor by the bed, that part of the carpet was crunchy and discoloured, only to discover a ruler sized steak knife under our bed. when we found that we immediately went up to the desk and told them, we were quickly told that someone will deal with it in the morning. we were left to sleep in this room with this knife among other things. when we went to checkout in the morning the manager at the front did give us a refund which we appreciated however it was only a $40 compensation on a $300 room. it was bad service the employees treated us as if we were incompetent and the situation was being switched back onto us with the manager saying “you should have came in the first few hours you were here” they claimed it was because of new cleaning staff and they are not properly trained however if i can see the knife from a foot away, so should staff. do not recommend

Literally the worst place I’ve stayed at. Checking in & out was a huge hassle and took a very long time. There was also a 25 min screaming match between a couple outside of my door at midnight. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and there was a fist sized hole in the bathroom wall. Best part of my stay was leaving.Rooms: 2/5

My wife and stayed at this hotel on October 1 2022. The price was not clearly advertised as I thought it was $75 a night which turned out to be for January. We were charged $149 and given a discount for $119. We stayed in Room #203 and this room definitely has bed bugs as I had numerous bites erupt on my body the following day. My wife only had a couple. The mechanism keeps the door from being opened was also broken off. Think twice about staying here.

Do not know service dog laws. I got there and they immediately told me there was a 25$ “pet fee” my service dog is medical equipment, NOT a pet and then asked for a license and registration does not exist in Ontario. Tried to show him my doctors note all that is required and the laws but ended up having to get the police involved to get a room. He was also incredibly rude to me the entire time, raising his voice, rolling his eyes at me, throwing his arms around. The room was fine, but that caused my disability to flair up.

I stayed her for about 20 nights during my school year. The staff was great, always helpful! The price is very good and they were the only place i found that didn't need a credit card to book. The hotel itself needs a major facelife, especially the carpets, couches and drapes. I never had any issues for any of my visits and was usually able to book the room I liked most. If you don't need anything fancy this place is perfect

This place was so gross!! DONT EVER STAY HERE!!! If I could give less then one star I would. There was only a top sheet on our bed, the couch was ripped in many places, there was mood in the fridge and it shocked me because it was half plugged in half not. The wallpaper was falling off and had been taped and pinned back in place. The toilet paper was the thinnest and cheapest I’ve ever seen and front desk individuals were super rude when we told them.

I spend 1 night it was clean the sheets/bed washroom, the tv was working everything was fine. BtwThe breakfest room is close. But they woke us up at 8am whit call if we where staying for more nights.Rooms: 4/5
