Adequate room and very convenient location. The breakfast buffet was unusable. It's not set up or staffed well: line-up took up the entire buffet for people waiting for waffles and they couldn't keep the coffee, eggs, sausage, and potatoes stocked.
Stayed for 2 nights. This hotel arrangement was given to us through a hockey tournament coordinator. Which means the hotel opted to be on the list to host a blocks of rooms for hockey players. The hotel did NOT tell us ahead of time that it was under renovation, yet still charged full rate. There was constant banging and drilling from the workers. There were ceiling tiles missing or broken, so wires etc were exposed. There was missing trim and it smelled off. They had random rooms and stairways blocked off with caution tape. It definitely did not feel like a hotel stay. When we arrived, the water was shut off for a couple of hours which they neglected to tell us when checking in and they didn't offer us bottled water or some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The desk staff was incredibly rude with our children. They basically treated us like we were prisoners and told us that we weren't allowed in the hall to chat this being during the day time, not quiet time hours and that we needed to stay in our room with the door shut. They told us that we should be putting our kids in front of the TV. They also told us that they can't do their job at the front desk because they are too busy watching us on the camera, which we found very creepy. The desk staff at this hotel were on some sort of power trip and I've never be treated like that by a hotel before I've stayed at many hotels with hockey teams for tournaments. They shouldn't host hockey teams if they don't like children. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
In this hotel,there is a weird smell,and in the room in the first floor people in the parking area can see you.the food is horrible.and is very noisy all day,
This hotel is in a great location, minutes from highway 401, restaurants, and shopping outlets.nnOn the day we stopped in Tuesday night, the hotel was almost full to capacity with trades and moving companies resting for the night. As we expected and hoped, it was very quiet shortly after 9pm and most trucks were gone by the time we went to breakfast.nnThe room was nothing fancy but it was clean and had everything we could have needed.nnBreakfast was included. It was fresh, tasty, and it offered plenty of choices.
Great location, surrounded by restaurants, stores, gas station..... easy to get from 401. Clean room and helpful staff, specially the woman in the buffet breakfast, she helpful, friendly and attentive. Only one negative thing was the air-con system was so confusing, difficult to use and not quiet.
