This clinic has very attentive doctors. They follow up with any bloodwork or referrals and let us know if there's anything to be concerned about. The staff in the front end are very friendly and personable and sometimes feels like you're among Friends when you get to know them.they will go out of the way to make you comfortable and safe, even if that means walking you out to your car as I've seen them do with their elderly patients or offering a cup of water if you're waiting for a ride home.  A very welcome change for once. The nurses are amazing and are definitely in the right job field of caring for people. I highly commend this clinic for a job well done. Keep it up everyone

This has got to be the worst health Centre ever. My doctor had moved to this clinic and I had tried to book appointment for refills ever since December. They told me to call in January since my doctor was new and not available. I called in January, February… every time I got this rude person on the phone that seems to think I was calling looking for donations. I asked to speak to me doctor or to get her to call me. Nothing worked. The reason was she didn’t have my file. Later on I found out she does not need a file to book an appointment. Anyways, the last two times I called the rude receptionist hang up on me. I figure I would try one last time and I talked to Sarah. She seem like a person that new her job. She booked me right away and without issues. There’s more to tell. But I figure people should know if it wasn’t for my doctor that was there I would have never called there after the first time. Whoever owns this place should seriously reconsider its staff dealing with public.

Went to this walkin clinic as it says on website. 3 different sets of hours between website, office and miss cranky pants on the office. Rude, asked if had appointment,  and we didn't.  Would not take my grandson in. This is where my daughter has gone for 10 years. Not impressed. If you can't deal with people on a much nicer tone, you should not be employed there.

I've been a patient here for years.  My doctor is recovering from surgery. When I phoned to make an appointment with any doctor I was tole that they were not making appointments with other doctors as I am his patient. HE IS STILL NOT IN PRACTICE AND I NEEDED A DOCTOR. I was flabbergasted and asked to speak to the manager - she was busy. I asked if she/he would call me. A month later and I'm still waiting! DISGRACEFUL! I changed to another practice.

Receptionists are nice and do their job. Dr. Sarria is incredibly unprofessional and quite frankly useless. My partner has had him as a family doctor for over a decade and he’s never received a physical. He’s broken his back twice and suffers from disabilities, but he got cut off from disability because Sarria didn’t have enough “information to submit” despite EVERYTHING he’s ever had done being on the computer system. He never followed up for treatment. I’ve been trying to get him to take my partners’ early onset of dementia seriously and he’s ignorant.

Every time I call to book an appointment, they always put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. It's either they will put you on hold for a very long time or they will hang up on you. What a waste of time! It happened to my brother as well.  And last time, I had to go to the clinic just to book an appointment and the lady at the reception put whoever called on hold just to do something that is not really important than the patients or just to talk to their co-workers. And this one white lady was very arrogant and unprofessional.  Other than that, pharmacy is only the good thing in here, the rest is so bad. This clinic needs to train their workers to be respectful, patient, and nice. If they hate working with people or patients, they shouldn't be working at a clinic!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Takla for a year. We are always able to see him when needed. He is thorough and has made referrals to specialists when necessary. We are very satisfied with the level of care.

Best clinic I have ever attended in and out in 15 mins most times. Dr. Talka is awesome. Keep up the good work.

This clinic is so frustrating. You have to wait in hold every time you call and it’s usually over a 20 minute hold time. Reception is extremely rude, i’m surprised they have not done something about it as all the reviews say the same thing.

Reception is very unprofessional, if you speak to a different MOA they always give you a different answer to your question. One of the girls have absolutely no phone manners, and is very rude. You are always placed on hold and they never get back to you in a timely fashion. Yes, I understand the office can get busy but there is always three of them sitting at the front desk.
