HORRIBLE!  I wanted to go elsewhere, but my wife said that she had a previous positive experience with Quan's.  She regrets this decision now.  Just under a month ago we received all of our new appliances.  We didn't go cheap and went with big brands and better units.  FROM DAY 1 THE STOVE NEVER WORKED.  When we contacted Quan we were told, 'we don't service our stuff.'  Instead, we have had to make dozens of phone calls to the manufacturer, and nothing has been resolved.  Quan's has demonstrated terrible customer service, terrible ability to get anything done, and no genuine willingness to do what's right.  AVOID QUAN'S, for if anything goes wrong, you will regret it.  I wish I had gone with Peterborough Appliances, they have technicians who attend within 2 days of a call and they fix what they sell.
