Story

Kawartha TV & Stereo has been proud to support and provide service for Peterborough and the surrounding region for over 45 years. First opened in 1971 by Glenn Stuart, Kawartha TV & Stereo initially began selling sewing machines, which would eventually open the doors to stereo equipment and a number of other electronic equipment.

Located at 188 Park St., Kawartha TV & Stereo has always been locally owned and operated. Although we started with a small staff of just three employees, we currently have a staff of over twenty, all of whom are able to provide valuable insight into the electronics our customers have questions about. With our eyes on customer satisfaction, we have been committed to excellence in consumer electronics since day one.

As one of the premier providers of consumer electronics in Ontario, we look forward to assisting you with your electronics purchase.
