Staples Peterborough

I knew I needed help to get the printer I wanted so I waited at the service counter. Store was busy but I only waited a bit before I was served. Salesman told me there was a lower priced Brother printer with the same operating cost. I preferred the one I asked for but it was super awesome that he suggested it. Great service even without that extra step.

Pretty generic "Staples" experience. Limited selection for computers and components. Cashier was extremely indifferent to my presence. (This was a fluke as her co-wprker at the OTHER till actually greeted us on her behalf.) 3/5

I am very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the sales associates I dealt with at Staples in Peterborough when I recently took my laptop in for repairs. The parts that were ordered arrived at the store within two days and I was notified right away that they had arrived. When I returned to the store to pick up the parts, I had several questions that were answered and which solved an ongoing problem I had been experiencing regarding my internet connection. I highly recommend Staples for any service related to computers and their usage.

I went in on Sept 20, 2017, I wanted a postcard reproduced from a Watercolour! The women behind the counter were knowledgeable and efficient! I picked up my postcards the next day, on schedule and the work was amazing! The colour looked really good and I am really impressed! Thanks for the great work!

Not only was my laptop fixed properly, it was ready around 4 days earlier than I expected! It was a painless experience, and for tech purposes, I would highly recommend Staples.
