I just left after purchasing a computer, getting home, unboxing and finding the computer damaged. The sales woman was extremely pushy and kept telling me to buy the extended warranty. Upon return the customer service rep said “where are you using the computer” after I explained that it was to be used in my shop, but that wouldn’t make a difference… she claimed that there was “dirt” in the box.nnI’m not sure what she was insinuating, but I can take a wild guess. Confirm your product isn’t damaged prior to selling. I purchased and returned the product within the span of an hour. I’m not sure what damage you think I could have possibly done to it but I sure won’t be back to this establishment.

Went in to get a virgin plus SIM card replacement because the call quality wasn’t working properly and the women told me she wouldn’t give/sell me one unless the bill was paid? Said “I would just give you one for free but you have an outstanding balance on the account...” You can literally buy them on Amazon I just didn’t want to wait for the shipping, I’ve gotten SIM card replacements before trust me that’s not a thing. Any cellphone provider will give/charge you for one if you need a replacement. I didn’t make a big deal she seemed pretty confident and convinced she was right so I just left. Never really had an issue with staples before though.

I think I may just have experienced the best customer service ever here!!!! I did an online pick up in the printer section and spoke with Ella I believe that was her name i’m sorry if not. She saw my resumes I had printed out as i’m job seeking today and she was so polite and told me about places hiring around here and even gave me an email to reach out to for students looking for jobs. This was the most thoughtful customer service ever!!! Thank you!!

Went to buy a laptop,staff helpful and friendly,knew their products,got a good deal and very happy

I ordered a photo tshirt for a Christmas gift and the quality and fabric is awful. I wouldn't want to wear this. The photo came out amazing but please change the fabric .
