I have not actually bought anything here but it is pretty much the same as The Brick In fact I believe Leon's purchased The Brick about a year ago but they continue to operate under separate names. And I've always had at least reasonably good experiences with The Brick and in fact recently made purchases there and gave it a very high review based on that experience. I believe certain things at The Brick have improved since their takeover by Leon's and change of management. However specific to Leon's I was into the store yesterday and was very pleased with the service from the person that I spoke with. I did not make a purchase as the item that I wanted has been discontinued by the manufacturer and they are unable to order it but he did spend five or ten minutes double checking and trying to find out if there was a way that he could still order the product for me. I would certainly return to Leon's if I were in the market again for the various products that they sell:. Much of which are things that you would probably wish to at least see and touch in person rather than buy online. For example I don't know that I would want to buy a mattress that I had not actually seen and laid on for a few moments in the showroom. Likewise with a couch or a chair you often would want to try it out first because while they seem very straightforward sometimes you can discover that in fact this particular chair for example doesn't support my back the way I like or the arms on it or not comfortable. While online it may first appear to be perfect sometimes that opinion changes totally once you've actually tried it.

Bought a couch while they had a scatch and save event on. Was told it was only for certain purchases when it clearly said on the scratch card NO EXCEPTIONS. I ended up getting free delivery after 10 minutes of explaining no exceptions means no exceptions.

My wife and I have bought several pieces of furniture and a washing machine from this store. Our salesperson Glenn has helped my wife and I so much when it comes to furniture. He used to be our salesman but now he is a sales manager. Trust is so important when spending thousands of dollars buying furniture and appliances. Glenn has helped us trust the Leon's brand, and we won't shop anywhere else. I can't recommend this Leon's location enough.
