Carlos was extremely helpful in making my new TV purchase. He walked me through the differences between models so that I could quickly decide which was the best for my needs. Thanks Carlo's. This is not my first purchase from Kawartha TV. I go back there because of the selection and level of service I have received during my purchases.
When our tv needed repair the technician was prompt and honest. Our salesman, Carlos gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision about buying a new tv. He was courteous, no pressure and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Kawartha TV and Stereo.
Just purchased a new 55" Samsung from Kawartha TV and Stereo and wanted to comment on the excellent sales personnel at the store. Great information on the different makes and models and the advantages of each. Thanks again for the great service.
Purchased a Swann Smart Security System, Wi Fi Series 1080p, on Sept. 17/21. The cameras were installed on Sept. 23/21by their service man. On Nov 13/21 had to call for service. On July 28/22 had to call for service. On Dec. 7/22 had to call for service again. This product has been a huge disappointment. I have spoken with the manager at Kawartha TV & Stereo. Not Standing behind the products you sell is very poor service, in my opinion. I won't be purchasing from them again.
From purchase to installation, I couldn’t be happier! Glad I clicked on you guys in the local google search Thanks Riley for taking my call- He saved me time going into the store -prepared my purchases and installation in one phone call. Next day, two professional installations done in a matter of 20 min by two caring installation specialists. TV’s are now mounted safe for my kids to play around, I have more room to work with, My TV’s are at eye level and aesthetically pleasing. Thank you again Craig and Gerard! You guys made my day! Sincere thanks!

Have been a long time customer and have purchased many tv’s and stereo equipment over the years. Kawartha Stereo’s products and service have been consistently excellent. Most recently thank you to Carlos and the installation team - knowledgeable, competent and kind.
Ian and Carlos were a great help. Answered so many questions. And knew exactly what i needed. Great place to deal with opposed to the big box stores. Thanks Kawartha TV and Stereo!!

We kind of wandered in on April 20th, 2022 and met Riley Farmer. He actually sold on the television that we purchased by his superior knowledge of the products. He told us information that we had not even thought of asking. He made an appointment to have this equipment installed on April 27th. The installers came about 1/2 hour late, but that's what it is like in the distribution business. The fellas that came were Craig and Gerard and they were really good at what they did. Polite, no cursing, each did their thing regarding mounting hooking up and most of all instructions. They certainly left on time and what they left was two extremely happy people. We were happy with the pricing, installation, clean up and the way that were treated over all. Would we purchase there again. Most defiantly. Thanks to everyone. Job very well done.
