Awesome experience. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. 
Had a SIM card stuck in the slot of my phone, gentleman in the store had it out in less than 5 min, didn't charge me a thing all he asked for payment was to enjoy the rest of day and a hand shake. Now that is top notch customer service.

Had screen replaced, device was returned damaged and improperly repaired. Staff and store owner were less than helpful claiming that their half ass job was fine as it "doesn't affect performance of the device" even though the home button and finger print reader don't function properly... My guess is these crooks are paying for positive reviews because there is no way that these scam artists are providing the level of service which is being described.

I have had my screen replaced (and more) over many years at Banana Service. Each time I have been helped by knowledgeable and courteous staff. They provide highly competent service at a reasonable price. That's why I keep coming back.

Phone was fixed quickly and properly. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices seem a little high, but work is done within 2 hours so paying for convenience I guess.  Overall woukd highly recommended this business.

I had a very questionable experience at this location. I was sent by Virgin mobile to get a new phone battery. I have enough knowledge of phone repair to know that replacing a battery only takes a few minutes. I was hoping to be able to buy the battery and install it myself, however they would not allow that. They then spent at least half an hour with my phone replacing my battery. When I finally got my phone back, my sim card had been taken out. The sim card DOES NOT need to be removed for a battery replacement. When I pointed this out, the employee working with me took $5 off of my bill and said "don't ask." Needless to say, I am nervous that they tampered with my sim card in the process of replacing my battery. I will never go to this store again because I feel that they take advantage of being able to handle other people's electronics. I feel violated and toyed with and the service was very seedy.
