Quiet and friendly neighborhood. A safe place to live.

This would be a decent place to live except for the maintainance guy. He is rude and will start to sweat and yell at you for no reason! I wasn't even talking to the guys and he started to tell me to f$&@ off and get the f$&& out and if I had a problem to f$&@ deal with it. If you have kids this isn't the place for you. Trust me! I feel violated as a resident and I will be moving as a result of this. And the sad part about it all, there is no one to complain about. It's sad to see such a nice place ruined by such a rude and ignorant person.

Quiet family friendly neighbourhood. New condo association is really doing a lot to fix & make the area look better!

My family and I have lived here for almost a year now. We really enjoy it here. For the most part it's very peaceful and quiet.
