Purdy's Chocolate

What more can one say about chocolate? It’s DELICIOUS! And I want to get a Purdys membership or something! Can I just get a bed in the back and live of your chocolates??? This is a must stop for every visit to the mall. Whether it’s just one chocolate taste or a gift idea for Christmas. There’s everything you need for the chocolate lover!!! We will be back again... and again and again!!! Lol

I was there on Nov/5th/2021 , bought Rum & Raisin one scoop cone & my sister bought plain vanilla. OMG it was horrible. The ice cream tasted old & stale . How can they run a business like this in a busy mall like that !! Very disappointing. This location ruining the name for Purdys !! I’m sorry to write a negative review, but customers should be aware !!

They are a busy location but I found some Christmas gift ideas for people who loves chocolate.

I absolutely love the ice cream they have. The price may be a bit high but its totally worth it. They also have a loyalty card that gives you one free one after 10 purchases which is a nice touch. The only problem with this company is the possible ice cream selection of the day. Each day they only have a select few favors which Is good if you happen to like the options of the day, but if you don't like the choices they have than your out of luck

Melissa, the manager at this Purdys location is amazing to deal with. Purdys chocolate- especially the Ruby Praline Hearts and the Himalayan Pink Salt Peanut Butter chocolates!- don't need any more recognition as most Purdys customers should already be aware of these delicious chocolates, but for customers who haven't shopped here, Melissa does deserve recognition for being such a friendly efficient manager,who is very helpful- even over the phone. She even remembers chocolates you've previously bought and reminds you, in case you forget to add them to your current purchases order which we did. So impressed by her!

Purdy's is one of my favorite ice creams in Canada! The Vaughn store is clean, well located at the corner of the food court. Staff is great. You can try the flavors before ordering. The price is competitive and they always change the flavors depending on the season. My favorite is Rum Raisin, with no doubt. In terms of chocolates, the peanut butter and sea salt is just... delicious! If in Vaughn Mills, don't miss this store!

We bought chocolate and strawberry ice cream on cone, chocolate had flavour but strawberry tasted more like vanilla, there was no flavour, please improve we have had your ice creams before.

Love their chocolate such a delicious and delightful treat . Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have an ice cream loyalty card and Last time I came to buy an ice cream the cashier stamped number 10 and told me next time you have a free one .to night I came to the store in Vaughan mills to get my free ice cream the cashier was so rude to me she checked my card in a suspicious way and told number 5 was empty and 6 was pale!!!! I was shocked the free ice cream doesn’t worth to lie because of it. I told her all of them stamped and she told no number 6 is pale and it’s because of the other store has big stame and its coloured because of the size of the stamp!!!! Sorry for the store that have a such rude to their customers! I paid for my son’s ice cream and told her I call your manager she told me her name was jane or something like that.acctually it wasn’t important for her at all to anoyed the customer!! I never come to your store again my son loves your ice cream but the manner of the cashier is more important to me!!!

If I could give zero point, I would. Bad customer service experience. Just because my face is Asian, the cashier gave me an attitude like "buy or not",which i still had to coz my child needed an ice cream. After my purchase, she didn't gave me an receipt to make the complain. The ice cream was already Soft like melting. How I wish Laura Secord still there. Anyways, I wouldn't come to location again.
