Vici Bakery & Cafe

Found about this place as I was driving by. It's definitely hard to miss since the sign was so big. I was curious so decided to stop by and I didn't regret it at all! Staff were very welcome and ready to help as soon as I walked in. There was some seating area as well. There's a great selection of items from savouries not much to a lot of pastries so if you have a sweet tooth, this is perfect for you. Next time I'd like to try the hot drinks. I got the Nutella croissant to try and the pistachio tart and another pastry. The pistachio tart had to be the highlight for me. It's definitely one of the best I've had and brought me right back to Italy in one bite.

Went here on a Sunday morning to get some pastries. Very busy place. The Nutella croissants are a must they were fresh out the oven and it was like heaven! We also got some bread and a focaccia. Everything was delicious. You must go early though.

I called to have buns put aside for me because I was having an event and the lady on the phone was relaying a message to one of the other ladies that work there and she said if she can put buns aside for me so I can quickly come pick up and go. She says that she doesn’t do that but I mentioned to her that one of my family members always calls in to put buns aside. So the kind lady on the phone relayed the message once again and she said “ I don’t care what the girl says on the phone I’m not putting anything aside. To bad!!!!!” I was sooooo shocked with this service that I Promised that I’ll never step foot into this place. Try to support local businesses but I guess I’m going where is reliable and that’s Fortino‘s. Now too bad for them.

Terrible customer service. I stood in line for several minutes while workers were having conversations with each other. Then an older gentleman walks in and goes straight to the counter and proceeds to have his order taken while myself and others were standing in line. Some staff and customers were not even wearing their masks. Also way overpriced. I paid over $16 for 4 filled donuts. I do not recommend this place.
