Il Gelato Di Carlotta

Best Gelato in Niagara so far. Pistachio is quite rare to find, and especially rare to find a good one; this place got it right and it was great. Very nice and friendly staff and great selection of ice cream.

Best Gelato I've tasted so far. It's so good that after every dinner when I'm around there, I go get some. Not expensive, No small portions, Delicious and Real authentic Gelato. At Vaughan Mills.

Not that great. Especially the service. I wanted a specific flavor and the employee told me to not get it because it wasn't good. Not professional at all

I got to say gelato is one of those things I love and I've tried a lot of it, living in the city with the most Italians aboard Toronto Canada there are quite a few good gelateria gelato Shop around here and I've come to realize that every year there's a new place that I try IL GELATO DI CARLOTTA is absolutely amazing I had the gianduia and hazelnut soft creamy and very delicious I recommend anyone that's in the area to try it it's my first gelato of 2018 and it was absolutely incredible good job to the staff they do make it on site in St Catharines but this one was fantastic IGME:YYZFRANK. Pietro was fantastic and very knowledgeable about gelato explain some details to me that made it clear these guys do make an amazing gelato

The girl working on oct 1 at 4:50 pm is so racists. We were in queue than also she is asking for us to wait and taking customers behind from us. Even that customer says that take them first than also she says they can wait and when we said we don’t want it she was like tha k god they went away. Seriously this is what we get for standing in line. I would definitely like a reply from someone in charge.

Tried the dolce Carlotta today which they said it's the award winning flavour. It was very flavorful but it's still quite pricey to pay $7 for a cone.

Forgot to take the picture if the other one, but the flavour we got was peach strawberry? Very nice. The mango was definitely flavourful too, but a little bit of an unclean?/unfresh aftertaste of this one.

Very nice customer service.

We ordered a small and a medium sized gelato. They barely filled our medium. The bottom was hid by the top layer leaving it empty . We filled ripped off. Overpriced and not worth it.
